About the role
Omnifi delivers Power BI, BigQuery, and GCP-based analytics solutions to small and mid-sized US clients, with a meaningful footprint in healthcare. As we scale our delivery footprint, we're hiring a Service Delivery Manager to own the client-facing and operational layer of our BI & Analytics practice. You will be the single point of accountability for client engagements post-sale — running calls, managing delivery, owning project management, and ensuring our team has the support and direction they need to deliver consistently. You will bridge Power BI reporting, data infrastructure, and client engagement — ensuring SLAs are met and engagements run smoothly. This role reports to the VP of Analytics and is critical to AI readiness.
What you'll own
Client engagement
  • Run recurring client status calls, steering committees, and ad-hoc working sessions across the portfolio
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication; escalate strategically, not reflexively
  • Capture requirements clearly, translate them into team-ready scope, and manage change requests without scope creep
  • Build trust with client stakeholders and proactively surface risks before they become issues
Project & delivery management
  • Plan, sequence, and track delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements (Power BI dashboards, data pipelines, BigQuery models, governance artifacts)
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, and status in Asana; ensure SOPs are developed & followed end-to-end
  • Coordinate handoffs between BI developers, and BI experience designers
  • Run retrospectives and feed lessons back into our SOP library
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and tooling
Technical oversight of production reports
  • Maintain a working knowledge of every published Power BI report and dashboard in production
  • Provide first-line guidance to the team on existing reports — data sources, refresh schedules, RLS rules, known issues
  • Coordinate with the VP of Analytics on architectural or technical decisions
  • Ensure governance SOPs are followed for access changes, external sharing, and PHI/HIPAA-sensitive client work
What we're looking for
Required
  • 4-8 years in IT services, consulting, or BI/analytics delivery, with at least 2 years in a client-facing PM or delivery role
  • Working fluency with Power BI
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent engagements for US-based clients
  • Strong command of project management tooling — Asana, Jira, or equivalent
  • Proven track record on data governance, SOP maintenance, SOW management
  • Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable on client calls
Preferred
  • Domain knowledge in accounting, finance or fintech — P&L, consolidation, budgeting, regulatory reporting
  • Exposure to healthcare clients and an understanding of PHI/HIPAA-adjacent operational hygiene
  • Familiarity with GCP / BigQuery as a data platform
  • Familiarity with EHR systems
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Experience in a small/lean services org where ownership is wide and processes are still being formalized
